Foil package with Panel 1:

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Peel open the package and remove the test panel.

• Remove the protective plastic covering from the test surface of the panel. Be careful not to

touch the test substances.

• Position the test on the patienťs back (just beside the midline). Allergen No 1 must be in the

upper left corner. Smooth outward from the center toward the edges of the panel, assuring each allergen patch is in contact with the skin.

• With a medical marking pen, indicate the location of the two notches on the panel. Do not wet

the tape.

Nevyžaduje se - odůvodnění přijato.

Benzocainum pět dílů, cinchocaini hydrochloridum a tetracaini hydrochloridum jeden díl.

Geraniolum a muscus quercinus pět dílů, hydroxycitronellalum a alcohol cinnamylicus čtyři

díly, cinnamalum a eugenolum dva díly a isoeugenolum a amylcinnamalum jeden díl.

Methylparabenum, ethylparabenum, propylparabenum, butylparabenum a benzylparabenum

stejné množství.

Clioquinolum a chlorquinaldolum stejné množství.

Diphenylguanidinum, ditiocarbum zincicum a dibutyldithiocarbamatum zincicum stejné

množství.

Isopropylphenylparaphenylendiaminum dva díly, cyclohexylphenylparaphenylendiaminum pět

dílů a diphenylparaphenylendiaminum pět dílů.

Ve skutečnosti obsahuje hydroxymethylsuccinimid - slouží k testování hypersenzitivity na

formaldehyd.
